8:00 AM. Maureen is sleeping in and out. Laying on her left side.
8:20 AM. Positioned Maureen upright on her bed. Administered 75 mcg of Levothyroxine with Apple sauce.
8:45 AM. Started Maureen's day. Did morning care by washing her face and upper body with warmed purple wipes and Aloe Vesta. Diaper was medium wet. Cleaned and changed. Applied barrier cream and film. **no discharge noticed**
9:05 AM. Did morning exercises. Transferred to kitchen after for breakfast.
9:15 AM. Breakfast- omellette, half banana, 6oz Prune juice with 1/4 cap Miralax and lemon water. **cough 1x**
9:50 AM. Administered the rest of meds- Loratidine and Lisinopril with apple sauce. Also finished her cup of lemon water.
10:00 AM. Oral care and facial and hand care done.
10:30 AM. Maureen is napping in and out on her chair.
11:15 AM. Transferred Maureen back to bedroom for 1st rest break. Medium wet diaper. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavillon cream to perineal area. Positioned to the right side **no discharge**
12:20 PM. Rest break done. Diaper was dry. Transferred to kitchen for lunch.
12:30 PM. Lunch was organic fruit smoothie. Finished 1/2 cup of lemon water as well.
12:50 PM. Oral care done.
2:00 PM. Transferred Maureen back to bedroom for 2nd rest break. Heavy wet diaper. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavillon cream to perineal area. Positioned to the right side **no discharge**
2:50 PM. 2nd rest break done. Transferred Maureen to the living room reclining chair.
3:00 PM. Sister Roberta came.
3:30 PM. Maureen had her fruit bowl snack which she enjoyed very much. Coughed 1x. Had half a cup of lemon water
5:15 PM. Dinner- stuffed pepper with lemon water. Coughed 1x
6:00 PM. Administered 12.5 ml of Vimpat and Olanzapine with yogurt.
6:15 PM. Oral care done.
6:30 PM. Transferred Maureen to bedroom. She had heavy wet diaper and a small formed bowel movement. Thoroughly cleaned her then changed. Applied cavilon cream as well. Applied Cetaphil lotion on her body and Vicks on her chest. Positioned her to be facing left.
