Sunday, March 26, 2023 - Daytime Summary

8:00AM - Came in with Tom at bedside with Maureen. She was sleeping on her left side.

8:30AM - Maureen still sleeping in and out.

8:50AM - Maureen was fully awake and ready to start the day. No redness on body and diaper area. Applied Hydrocortisone on the 3 red spots on the neck and another 3 lighter red spots on the right arm. Washed upper body using warmed purple wipes with Aloe Vesta. Medium wet diaper, cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon barrier and cream. Headed to the kitchen for breakfast.

9:10AM - Administered 88mcg Levothroxine with apple sauce. Breakfast - toasted bread with unsweetened strawberry jelly, banana, 1/2 peeled apple and a cup of lemon water. Coughed and sneeze once.

9:50AM - Administered the rest of meds - Lisinopril and Loratidine with apple sauce.

10:00AM - Oral care. Reclined geri chair one notch for comfort.

10:15AM - Facial and hand care.

10:50AM - Organic fruit smoothie which Maureen enjoyed. Coughed once.

11:10AM - Transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st Rest Break. Diaper was light wet. Cleaned and changed. Positioned Maureen on her right side starting at 11:20AM.

12:20PM - Ended 1st Rest Break. Diaper was dry. Dressed and headed to the kitchen for lunch.

12:30 - Lunch - Cranberry apple tuna salad, steamed cauliflower and carrots, 12oz coconut water, and a cup of lemon water. Coughed once and able to cough up phlegm. Sneeze once.

1:00PM - Oral care.

1:10PM - Sprayed Saline Mist in both Maureen's nostrils because nose started to get a 'lil bit runny.

General Observation: Maureen has been chatty this morning, and has not been sleepy so far.

1:50PM - Transferred Maureen to the bedroom for 2nd Rest Break. Diaper was heavy wet with small formed bowel movement. Cleaned thoroughly and changed. Positioned Maureen on her left side starting at 2:00PM.

2:50PM - Shortened 2nd Rest Break due to Deacon Andy coming at 3:00PM for Sunday service. Diaper was dry. Headed to the front room.

3:00PM - Deacon Andy arrived. Maureen was awake the whole time.

3:15PM - Maureen currently eating her fruit snack.

3:45PM - Sister Roberta arrived. Maureen is in and out snoozing while Sister Roberta is massaging her. Tommy arrived too.

5:15PM - Dinner - Beef tenderloin tips made by Carolyn, steamed carrots and a cup of lemon water. Maureen finished her 3rd cup of water and enjoyed her dinner very much. Coughed twice.

5:50PM - Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with strawberry parfait.

6:10PM - Oral care.

6:30PM - Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Washed her upper body using warmed purple wipes with Aloe Vesta. No redness on body observed. The red spots on the neck looking lighter and better, same with the spots on her right arm - applied Hydrocortisone. Diaper was very heavy wet. Thoroughly cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon cream. Applied Cetaphil lotion and Vicks.

Positioned Maureen on her right side. Placed 2 wedges on her back and a pillow in between her legs.

7:00PM - Maureen's sleeping.
