Sunday, June 25, 2023 - Daytime Summary

8:00AM - Maureen was sleeping in and out when I came in, positioned on her left side.

8:15AM - Maureen closing her eyes.

8:30AM - Maureen opening her eyes again, bed raised in upright position - Mayla administered 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

9:00AM - We started Maureen's day by cleaning her upper body using warmed purple wipes and Aloe Vesta. Diaper was lightly wet. Sacral skin healing pretty good. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacral area and Cavilon cream on diaper folds.

We performed stretches on Maureen's upper and lower extremities. Then, transferred to the kitchen for breakfast.

9:20AM - Breakfast - Omelette, 8oz prune juice with 1/4 cap MiraLAX, and a cup of lemon. *Coughed 3x.

9:50AM - Administered Lisinopril and Loratidine with apple sauce.

10:00AM - Oral care.

10:10AM - Reclined geri chair one notch. Did facial care. Maureen dozing off right now.

11:08AM - Deacon Andy arrived for Sunday service.

11:20AM - Transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st Rest Break. Diaper was lightly wet. We will try to give Maureen more water on lunch time. Cleaned and changed. Positioned on her right side at 11:30AM.

12:30PM - 1st Rest Break ended. Diaper was medium wet. Cleaned and changed. Transferred Maureen to the kitchen.

12:50PM - Fruit smoothie for lunch. Coughed 2x. Maureen finished 1 cup of lemon water.

1:05PM - Oral care. Reclined geri chair one notch for Maureen's comfort.

1:45PM - Transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd Rest Break. Diaper was dry. Positioned on her left side at 1:55PM.

2:45PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, cleaned and changed. Transferred Maureen to the front room.

3:00PM - Sister Roberta arrived for Maureen's massages.

3:35PM - Fruit snacks (with Kiwi). Maureen enjoyed it very much. Sneezed once.

5:20PM - Dinner - Raising Canes chicken tenders, coleslaw, fries and a cup of lemon water. Maureen enjoyed the food very much. *Coughed once.

6:15PM - Administered 5mg Olanzapine with yogurt and 12.5ml Vimpat.

6:30PM - Oral care.

6:45PM - Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was lightly wet. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon cream. Applied Vicks on chest and Cetaphil lotion on lower extremities. Positioned Maureen on left side, 2 wedges on the back and pillows in between legs.

7:05PM - Maureen is sleeping.
