Sunday, July 7, 2024: Sunday Day time summary

8:00 AM. Arrived Maureen is still sleeping.


8:40 AM. Maureen is still closing her eyes and seem to be sleepy


8:50 AM. Maureen is awake. Put her on an upright position. Administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce and sips water using the oral swab.


9:10 AM. Started Maureen's day by washing face and upper body with warm purple wipes. No redness noticed. Diaper was dry. Finished dressing her up then head to the kitchen for breakfast.



9:25 AM. She had an omelet, banana and coffee for breakfast. She also had some apple sauce with 10mg Loratidine afterwards.


10:15 AM. Oral, facial and hand care done. Reclined her chair one notch for comfort.


10:50 AM. Watched movie in the front room. Nebulizer treatment done:


11:15 AM. Deacon Andy and Greg came for Sunday service.


11:30 AM. Transferred Maureen back to the bedroom for 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet. Cleaned, dried and changed. Positioned her facing right side


12:45 PM. 1st rest break is done. Diaper was light wet. Cleaned, dried and changed. Proceed transferring to kitchen for lunch.


12: 50 PM. Caroline came to visit


1:00 PM. Lunch was organic fruit smoothie with oatmeal. She also had 8 oz of coconut water.


1:45 PM. Oral care done.


2:00 PM. Transferred Maureen back to bedroom for 2nd rest break. Diaper dry. Positioned her facing left side.


2:50 PM. Rest break done. Diaper was medium wet. Cleaned, dried and changed. Proceed transferring her to the front room.


3:00 PM. Sister Roberta came for Maureen's massage. Fruit snack was given too.


4:45 PM. Checked diaper and it was light wet.


5:00 PM. Dinner was beef, peppers, peas and tomato caserole and a cup of lemon water. **Maureen coughed 2x.


5:50 PM. Administered 5mg of Olanzapine and 12.5ml of Vimpat with apple sauce.


6:15 PM. Oral and denture care done.


6:30 PM. Transferred Maureen back to bedroom. Diaper was medium wet. Cleaned, dried and changed. Applied Cavilon cream on her perineal area and Cetaphil lotion on her arms and legs. Positioned her facing left side.

Temp: 97.5°

Pulse: 58bpm

O2: 98%

9:30 am: Maureen is sleeping. 10:15 am: Maureen opened eyes. We gave her few sips of water via swab. We placed Maureen in an upright position. 10:25 am: Administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple
