Sunday, July 21, 2024 - Swing Shift Update

4:00PM - Maureen is sitting comfortably on the recliner while massage is going on with Sister Roberta, also watching the game show at the same time.

**Coughed once, used suction machine to help get rid of the phlegm.

4:50PM - Diaper was lightly wet.

Administered Ciprofloxacin 500mg (crushed) with apple sauce. Maureen finished half a cup of lemon water as well.

5:05PM - Dinner was chicken and potato salad, and half a cup of lemon water. Coughed 2x.

**Maureen had multiple coughs and sneezes. Used suction machine 3x.

6:00PM - Administered 5mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml of Vimpat.

6:15PM - Oral care.

6:30PM - Me and Tom moved Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet with medium soft bowel movement, we cleaned/dried and changed her. Applied Cavilon cream on folds. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face her left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on her back.

6:58PM - Maureen is sleeping.
