Sunday, Jan. 1, 2023 - Daytime Summary

8:00AM - Maureen was still sleeping on her left side soundlessly when I came in.

8:30AM - Maureen already awake and we're getting ready to start her day. Washed her upper body using warmed purple wipes. Diaper was heavy wet. Cleaned and changed using 3M products. No redness on skin folds and diaper area.

O2 - 96%

P - 69

9:10AM - Administered 1/2 tab Levothyroxine with applesauce.

Breakfast - Omelette (with ham, onion and cheese), half pc banana, 8oz prune juice, half of th 1/2 cap Miralax, a cup of water with apple juice (as sweetener). Coughed twice and sneeze once during breakfast. Maureen was a bit congested.

Daily Dose of Miralax: 1/2 cap

9:40AM - Administered the rest of meds, 1 tab Lisinopril and 1 tab Loratadine with applesauce after breakfast.

9:52AM - Administered 20ml Robafen for Maureen's congestion.

10:08AM - Deacon Andy came for Sunday service. Maureen coughed twice - red faced. Tom used suction machine to help take out the phlegm. Maureen sneezed 5times as well.

10:20AM - Deacon Andy left and Maureen already snoozing on her geri chair.

11:05 AM - We decided to skip the organic fruit smoothie and morning oral care. Maureen still snoozing off. Energy level is low, she looked exhausted from the coughing and a lot of sneezing earlier.

11:40AM - Maureen woke up from nap already. Proceed on heading her into the bedroom for her Rest Break #1. Diaper was heavy wet. Cleaned and changed using Aloe Vesta. Positioned Maureen on her right side starting at 11:55AM.

1:00PM - Rest Break #1 ended. Diaper was dry. Proceed to the kitchen for lunch.

1:15PM - Lunch - tuna salad, potato salad, 12 oz of coconut water, and we decided to give her half a cup of the organic fruit smoothie which Maureen enjoyed very much. Maureen's spirit slowly picking up. Coughed once with lesser congestion.

1:55PM - Oral care.

2:10PM - Tom reading the Community Bulletin to Maureen. Had facial and hand care routine at the same time.

2:35PM - Proceed to the bedroom for Rest Break #2. Diaper was still dry. Positioned Maureen on her left side starting at 2:45PM.

3:55PM - Rest break #2 ended. Diaper was heavy wet. We did a clean and change, applied Cavilon cream. Proceed to the front room.

4:10PM - Fruit snack time while watching fave game show. Maureen coughed once.

4:50PM - 5:40PM - Maureen taking a nap at this time.

6:05PM - Headed to the bedroom for a clean and change however, diaper was dry. Went to thr kitchen for dinner.

6:20PM - Dinner - Stuffed pepper casserole, a cup of water sweetened with a lil bit of apple juice.

6:55PM - Tom administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 1 tab of Olanzapine with apple sauce. Maureen very sleepy at this time.

7:05PM - Oral care.

7:15PM - Washed Maureen's upper body with Aloe Vesta. Applied Cetaphil cream and Vick's.

7:30PM - Headed to the bedroom. Diaper was still dry. Positioned Maureen on her right side with 2 wedge pillows behind her, and pillow in between her legs.

7:40PM - Maureen sleeping.

O2 - 95% P - 62

7:45 PM - Tom checked and Maureen just urinated. Diaper M wet. We did a quick clean and change using Aloe Vesta. Positioned Maureen back on right side, 2 wedge pillows behind her, and pillow between her legs.
