Sunday February 27, 2022 Swingshift Update

• 5:00pm Rest period #2 is through. Diaper is medium wet - we cleaned up and put on a new diaper. Transferred Maureen to the Geri chair and headed to the kitchen after.

• 5:35pm Dinner - air fried pork chops with applesauce.

• 6:02pm 5mg Olanzapine with yogurt and 7.5mL VIMPAT.

• 6:10pm Oral care

• 6:15pm Night time facial routine. Vicks applied to chest.

• 6:30pm Bedtime. Transferred Maureen to bed using the Hoyer lift. Diaper is dry. Tolcylen applied to both big toes. Maureen is lying on her left side with two green wedge pillows placed behind her and the white block pillow in between her legs.
