Sunday December 26, 2021 Swingshift Update

• 4:00pm We headed to the bedroom for a change. Maureen’s diaper is wet - we cleaned up and put on a new diaper. Maureen is lying on her right side with two green wedge pillows placed behind her and the white block pillow placed in between her legs. Maureen will rest for one hour starting at 4:10pm.

• 6:30pm Maureen is asleep. We elected to let her rest in bed. Her temperature is 98.6°.

• 7:30pm Maureen is still lethargic. We opted to leave her resting in bed. Maureen’s diaper is wet - cleaned up and put on a new diaper. I sat the bed upright 90° and gave Maureen her nighttime medications.

• 7:45pm Administered 5mg OLANZAPINE with chocolate pudding and 7.5mL VIMPAT.

• 7:50pm Vicks applied to chest and Tolcylen applied to both big toes. Allowed to air dry for at least 10 minutes. Maureen is sitting upright in bed watching tv.
