Sunday, Christmas Day, 12/25/2022 Daytime continued update

• 2:00 pm- Maureen is resting in the geri chair. She is receptive to plain water from time to time.

• 3:00 pm - Maureen is relaxing in the chair, sipping some water.

• 3:30 pm - We headed to the bedroom for Maureen's second rest break. Her diaper was wet, she urinated during the changing process. That made it heavy wet. Tom and I noticed that Maureen's urine was cloudy. We cleaned, changed and positioned Maureen on her left side for an hour starting at 3:45 pm.

• 4:45 pm - Rest break # 1 is over . Maureen's diaper was dry. We dressed and headed to the front room.

• 5:00 pm- Maureen is enjoying a little fruit salad that Carolyn made. No coughs.

• 6:00 pm- Dinner- Murphy dressing, mushed potatoes, asparagus, wild rice, pork roast- delicious dinner prepared by Carolyn. Maureen coughed 3 times.

• 6:40- Administered Olanzapine - 5 mg tablet , 12.5 ml Vimpat.

• 6:45 pm- Oral care.

• 6:50 -Transfered Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was light wet. We cleaned and changed.

• 7:05 pm- Evening body wash. Applied Cetaphil cream to the upper body and the feet Vick's to the chest .

• 7:20 pm- Positioned Maureen on her left side with the wedge pillows behind her back.

• T- 96.9, O2-97, Pulse - 7

• 7:30- Maureen is asleep.
