8:15am Changed in the bed-heavy wet, bed bath, lotion, applied Desotin on the tale bone

9:15 Breakfast-scrambled eggs, sausages and cheese. 1/2glass of prune juice and 1/2ass of water. After breakfast Maureen had couple times of short nap. Oral care. 11:00 Changed in the bed-heavy wet and them Maureen had a large bowel movement in the bed (formed).

11:20 Andy’s visit. Maureen had a communion.

12:30 pm Lunch-tuna sandwich and sweet potatoes,one cup of water.

2:00 Changed in the toilet-medium wet. Maureen had couple more short naps. 3:25 Bowl of fruits.

-9:30am Maureen is awake, Tom gave a few swabs of water. We positioned Maureen in a upright position & gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine. She drank 6oz of water. -9:50am Morning Care we changed Maureen'

-9:30am Maureen is awake. Tom gave her a couple of swabs of water. We put her in a upright position & she drank 6oz. of water. We gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/applesauce. Also albuterol breathing

-9:30am Maureen is awake, we put her in a upright position & gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/applesauce. Maureen drank 10oz.of water. -10:05am Morning Care changed Maureen's diaper it was medium wet
