Sunday, Aug13, 2023- Daytime Summary

8:00 AM. Clocked in. Maureen is still sleeping.

8:30 AM. Maureen started opening her eyes. Administered 75 cmg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce while she's on upright position.

8:45 AM. Started doing morning care. Cleaned her face and upper body with warm purple wipes and Aloe Vesta. Diaper was heavy wet. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon film to the sacrum and Cavilon cream to perennial area.

**Performed stretching exercises before getting her up.

9:05 AM. Proceed to the dining room for breakfast.

9:10 AM. BP: 138/98 W

9:15 AM. Breakfast: omelette, 6oz prune juice with 1/4 cap Miralax, and a cup of lemon water. Maureen enjoyed breakfast. **coughed once.

9:50 AM. Administered the rest of medication with apple sauce- 10mg of Loratidine and 25mg of Metropolol.

10:10 AM. Did oral and hand and facial care. Reclined Geri chair for Maureen's comfort.

**Maureen has been dozing off on her chair.**

10:30 AM. Did Nebulizer with saline solution to help moisturize Maureen's nostrils.

11:20 AM. Deacon Andy came for Sunday service.

11:45 AM. Transferred Maureen back to the bedroom for 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet. Cleaned and changed. Position her facing right side.

12:50 PM. Rest break done. Diaper was medium wet. Cleaned and changed. Transferred Maureen to kitchen for lunch.

1:00 PM. BP 97/74 W

1:15 PM. Lunch was organic fruit smoothie which Maureen enjoyed very much.

1:35 PM. Oral care done. Reclined Geri chair for her comfort.

**We were about to go for a walk but we checked weather and it says there is a chance of rain. Proceed with 2nd rest break instead.**

1:45 PM. Transferred Maureen back to bedroom for 2nd rest break. Diaper was dry. Position her to be facing left side.

3:00 PM. Rest break done. Diaper was dry. Transferred to front room.

3:30 PM. Neighbor Susan came to visit Maureen while she is having her organic fruit snack. **coughed once

5:00 PM. BP 134/99 W

5:30 PM. Dinner- chicken with spinach, broccoli and potato. Maureen finished everything with lemon water. **coughed once

6:15 PM. Administered 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml of Vimpat.

6:30 PM. Oral care done.

6:50 PM. Transferred Maureen back to bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon cream. Apploed Cethapil lotion to arms and legs, Vicks on chest. Positioned her to be facing left.
