Sunday, Aug. 8, 2024 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen was already awake, lying comfortably on her left side. Tom informed she woke up around 7:15am with no signs of any distress.

8:30AM - Went back to close her eyes.

8:45AM - Maureen opened her eyes. In an upright position, administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce - 5mins after she woke up.

9:00AM - Me and Tom started to wash Maureen's upper body with warmed purple wipes, no redness on skin. Diaper was clean and dry, no vaginal discharges. We proceed to dress Maureen and transferred to the kitchen.

9:08AM - Breakfast - 8oz prune juice, omelette, Activia yogurt and finished a cup of lemon water. Coughed 2x.

**Reclined geri chair one notch for comfort.

9:35AM - Administered 2 50mg tab Senna S (crushed) with yogurt and 10mg of Loratadine.

9:50AM - Oral care.

9:55AM - Facial and hand care routine.

10:30AM - Maureen closed her eyes for a nap.

**Maureen had atleast a 40min nap.

11:25AM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned/dried and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on folds. Position to face her right side.

12:30PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was dry. We proceed to dress Maureen and transferred to the kitchen.

12:40PM - Lunch was oatmeal/fruit smoothie and a cup of sparkling water. Coughed 2x.

1:15PM - Oral care.

Went out for a walk.

1:55PM - Arrived at home from a very nice walk. Maureen enjoyed it and was awake the whole time. Weather outside was pretty nice.

** Maureen had half a cup of lemon water.

2:05PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned/dried and changed her. Position to face her left side.

3:00PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We dresser Maureen and proceed to the front room.

** Sister Roberta arrived for Maureen's regular Sunday massage.

3:30PM - Fruit snack time (kiwi, pear and melon). Maureen had half a cup of lemon water.
