Sunday, Aug. 4, 2024 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen was already awake and comfortable however, still looking sleepy - lying on her left side.

8:35AM - In an upright position, administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:45AM - Me and Tom started to wash Maureen's upper body with warmed purple wipes - no redness/rashes on skin. Diaper was dry, we cleaned/dried and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on folds. Finished dressing and moved to the kitchen.

9:00AM - Administered 1 tab 50mg Senna S (crushed) with apple sauce.

**Reclined geri chair one notch for Maureen's comfort.

Breakfast was cut up pear, warm coffee, omelette and yogurt. Maureen finished a cup of lemon water as well. Coughed 2x.

No MiraLAX. Only 1 tab Senna S for today.

9:40AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with yogurt.

9:50AM - Oral care.

10:40AM - Nebulizer treatment - Saline soln and Albuterol.

**Maureen stayed awake while watching a Disney movie - relaxed while sitting on the chair.

11:15AM - Deacon Andy arrived for the regular Sunday service.

11:30AM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet with large formed bowel movement. We cleaned/dried and changed Maureen. Then, position to face her right side.

12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We dressed Maureen and transferred to the kitchen.

12:45PM - Lunch was oatmeal/fruit smoothie, 2 spoonfuls of yogurt, and a cup of sparkling water. Maureen also had half a cup of lemon water. Coughed once.

1:20PM - Oral care.

1:40PM - Maureen's sitting comfortably on the recliner while listening to the music. She has been saying a few words since this morning.

**She finished the half cup of lemon water.

2:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned/dried and changed her. Position to face the left side.

3:40PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was dry. We proceed to dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

3:50PM - Fruit snack time (banana, apple, and melon). She had half a cup of lemon water. No coughs.
