Sunday, April 2, 2023- Day time shift

8:00 AM: Tom is with Maureen. According to him, Maureen had been awake since 40 mins ago and been sleeping in and out.


8:20 AM: Maureen still sleeping in and out. We will give her more time.


8:45 AM: Maureen was ready to start her day. Washed her upper body with warmed purple wipes. No additional red spots today. The only red spots visible were the ones on the right forearm which starts to fade - the rest of the spots were gone. We took a picture of what's left as per Tom's request.


Diaper was heavy wet, no redness on diaper area. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon barrier film and cream. We did arms and legs stretching exercises. Then, headed to the kitchen for breakfast.


9:15 AM: Administered 88mcg Levothyroxine with Apple sauce. Breakfast is oatmeal with oatmilk, 1 banana and half an apple. Maureen finished her cup of Prune juice and 1 whole cup of lemon water. **coughed 4x during breakfast.


9:55 AM: Administered the rest of her medication- Lisinopril and Loratidine with Apple sauce.


10:10 AM: Oral care. Reclined chair after.


10:20 AM. Facial and hand care done.


10:30 AM. Maureen is comfortably taking a nap.


10:50 AM. Mayreen had her smoothie whicj she enjoyed very much plus half cup of lemon water.


**Maureen is napping in and out in her chair whiel we are waiting for Deacon Andy.


11:20 AM: Deacon Andy came for Sunday service.


11:40 AM: Transferred Maureen to bed for her first rest break. She had heavy wet diaper. Cleaned and changed her. We positioned her to be facing right.


12:50 PM: Ended 1st rest break. Diaper was dry. Dressed and head to the kitchen.


12:55 PM: Lunch, Turkey sandwich with cheese and guacamole. She finished it with a cup of coconut water and 1/3 cup of lemon water. **She coughed 3x during lunch


1:30 PM: Oral care done.


**Maureen was sleeping in and out.


2:00 PM: Transferred Maureen back to bed for second rest break. She had medium wet diaper. Cleaned and changed. We repositioned her facing her left side.


3:00 PM. Ended second rest break. She had medium wet diaper again. Cleaned and changed. Transferred her in the recliner in the living room.


3:20 PM. Maureen had her fruit snack which she enjoyed very much. She finished another cup of lemon water with it.


3:40-5:00 PM: Sister Roberta came and do Maureen's massage.


5:15 PM: Maureen had dinner- Vodka chicken pasta with broccoli and she finished another cup of lemon water. She finished her food. **Coughed 3x during dinner


6:15 PM: Administered 12.5 ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with Apple sauce.


6:25 PM: Oral care.


6:40 PM: Transferred Maureen back to bedroom. Washed her upper body using Aloe Vesta and warm purple wipes. The previous red spots looked almost gone. We still applied thin coat of Hydrocortisone on those spots. No new ones were observed. Her diaper was very heavy wet and she had a very small formed BM. Cleaned and changed. Applied thin layer of Cavilon cream as well. We also applied Cetaphil lotion on her upper body and feet and Vicks on her chest.


**Positioned her to her right side with 2 wedge pillows on her back and a pillow between her legs.


7:10 PM: Maureen is sleeping

Wednesday April 22,2026 Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, already awake. No signs of pain or any distress. Tom’s giving her sips of water via swabs. 9:35AM- We placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg
