Sunday, Apr. 27, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's awake. Tom informed she woke up slightly jumpy and was doing the hiccup-like sound, her jaws not tight and was able to settle down within 10-15mins.

8:40AM - We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:55AM - Me and Tom washed Maureen's upper body with warm purple wipes. No redness on skin. Diaper was medium wet with medium, brownish vaginal discharge. We used water and cleanser to clean then, dried and changed her. Applied Calazinc applied on labia. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing Maureen and transferred to the front room.

9:20AM - Maureen had 10oz of lemon water before breakfast. She had omelette, pear, 3 oz of coffee, and 6oz of prune juice. Coughed 3x and sneezed once.

10:00AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

10:10AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine.

10:30AM - Maureen closed her eyes for a nap. Head and shoulders leaning back, looking comfortable.

11:25AM - Deacon Andy arrived.

11:40PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for the 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we placed Maureen to face the right side.

12:40PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet with small, formed BM. We did a clean and changed. Dressed Maureen and transferree to the front room.

12:50PM - Lunch - chicken salad, zucchini, tomato and onions, 10 oz of coconut water. Coughed 3x.

1:35PM - Oral care.

2:30PM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we placed her to face the left side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break is over. Diaper was medium wet with large, soft BM. We cleaned and changed her. Finished dressing then, proceed to the front room.

3:50PM - Maureen had 9oz of water before her fruit snack (apple, banana and melon). Coughed 3x.

4:30PM - Diaper was dry. Maureen's enjoying the game show.

5:00PM - Dinner - ham, potatos and carrots. She finished 10oz of lemon water. Coughed 2x.

6:00PM - Administered 5mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml Vimpat.

6:25PM - Oral care.

6:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet with medium, soft BM. We cleaned and changed. Applied Calazinc on labia. Applied Cavilon cream on inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Positioned to face her to the left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on her back.

6:50PM - Maureen is sleeping.
