Sunday, Apr. 21, 2024 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen is sleeping when we came in, lying on her left side.

8:30AM - Maureen still calmly sleeping.

8:45AM - Maureen woke up already and in an upright position we administer 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:55AM - Me and Maya started to wash Maureen's upper body with warmed purple wipes, light redness on left underarm observed - we applied Nystatin. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed. Finished dressing then transfer to the kitchen.

**Reclined geri chair in the middle of having breakfast due to Maureen leaning a lil bit forward.

9:10AM - Administered 1 tab of Senna S (crushed) with apple sauce.

9:20AM - We started breakfast with 8oz prune juice, omelette and coffee. Maureen had a cup of lemon juice as well. Coughed 2x.

No MiraLAX today.

9:50AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with smoothie.

10:05AM - Oral care.

10:10AM - Facial and hand care.

10:40AM - Maureen closed her eyes for a nap.

11:13AM - Deacon Andy arrived for the regular Sunday service.

11:20AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was dry. We position to face her right side.

12:30PM - 1st rest break done. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her then moved to the kitchen.

12:40PM - BP: 103/65,

Lunch was oatmeal/fruit smoothie, 2 spoonfuls of yogurt and a cup of coconut water. **Reclined geri chair prior to lunch for comfort.

Maureen had multiple coughs and sneezes at the same time, she got red faced and teary eyed from that.

12:55PM - Nebulizer treatment with Saline Sol'n to help loosen mucus and permits air to flow easy coming in and out from the lungs.

**Maureen stayed awake the entire time time after lunch - listening to music.

2:00PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was dry, we position Maureen on her left side.

3:00PM - 2nd rest break done. Diaper was medium wet, cleaned and changed. Transferred to the front room.

***Sister Roberta arrived for Maureen's Sunday massage.

3:35PM - Fruit snack time (pear, kiwi, and melon). Maureen enjoyed her fruit snack per usual. Sneezed once.

4:15PM - Maureen looking relaxed and enjoying the massage.

**Diaper is dry.

5:00PM - Dinner was sloppy joes, cauliflower, sweet corn, sweet potato and asparagus. Maureen had a cup of lemon water. Enjoyed dinner prepared by Maureen. Coughed once.

5:45PM - Administered 5mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml of Vimpat.

6:05PM - Oral care.

6:20PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet. We cleaned and changed her. Redness on left underarm looked better, applied Nystatin powder. Applied Cavilon cream on folds and Cetaphil lotion on face, both arms and legs. Position to face her left side with pillow in between her legs and 2 wedges on her back.

6::40PM - Maureen is sleeping.
