Sunday, 12/18/2022 - Daytime Summary

8:00AM - Maureen laying down on her left side, Tom with her on bed too. As per Tom, Maureen has been in and out sleeping since 6:30AM.

8:10AM - Cooked Omelette for Maureen's breakfast and as we are about to get Maureen getting ready for the day she went back to sleep @8:40AM. Tom decided to have her sleep more.

9:15AM - Maureen more awake at this time. We started to get the day ready for Maureen. We washed Maureen's upper body using the warmed purple wipes. Diaper was heavy wet with medium formed stool/bowel movement. Cleaned and changed using 3M products before we headed to the kitchen for breakfast.

9:43AM - Administered Levothyroxine 1/2 tab with applesauce.

9:45AM - Breakfast - Omelette (ham, tomatoes, onions, & cheese), 8oz prune juice with 1/2 cap Miralax, and a cup of water. Administered the rest of the meds - Lisinopril and Loratidine with applesauce after breakfast. Coughed 1 time, sneeze once.

Maureen was extra chatty today even gave us her big smile.

10:25AM - Oral Care.

10:35AM - We reclined Maureen's geri chair one notch for her comfort. Maureen is a lil bit sleepy. We are waiting for Deacon Andy to arrive.

11:10AM - Facial care. Deacon Andy just came in. We will continue with the hand care after the service.

11:25AM - Deacon Andy just left. Proceed with Maureen's hand care routine.

11:30AM - Headed Maureen to the bedroom for her Rest Break #1. Diaper is dry. Positioned Maureen on her right side starting at 11:40AM.

12:40PM - Rest break #2 ends. Diaper M wet, a present of M formed stool. We did a clean and change, applied Cavilon cream and headed to kitchen for lunch. We decided to skip fruit smoothie prior, might have it for snacks instead of mixed fruits.

12:55PM - Lunch - tuna sandwich and half a bowl of vegetable soup, 12oz. coconut water and a cup of water. Coughed 2x.

1:35PM - Maureen is done with lunch. Tommy arrived and had lunch together with Tom.

1:45PM - Oral care.

2:20PM - We started Maureen getting ready for Rest Break #2. Diaper is M wet. Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon cream. No redness on skin folds and diaper area. Maureen laying on her left side starting at 2:35PM.

3:35PM - Rest Break #2 done. Diaper was dry. Headed to the sitting room.

3:50PM - Maureen sitting on the recliner chair, watching her fave game show while having fruit smoothie at this time.

6:05PM - Started heading to the bedroom for a clean and changed. Diaper M wet with small formed bowel movement. Cleaned and changed and headed to kitchen for dinner.

6:25 - Dinner - sloppy Joe's, potato salad, a cup of water.

6:55PM - Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and Olanzapine with applesauce.

7:15PM - Oral Care.

7:30PM - Getting ready for bed. Washed Maureen and changed, applied Cetaphil cream and Vicks. Headed to the bedroom. Diaper was dry. Positioned on the right side with pillow in between legs and two wedges behind her.

7:50PM - Maureen asleep.
