8:45 am body wash with purple wet wipes. Diaper changed medium wet. Morning stretches /exercise.

9 : 20 am Maureen headed to the kitchen.

9 :30 am administered Levothyroxine. Started breakfast omlete and banana, prune juice 8 oz and 2 stool softeners and 1 Sena pill.

10:00 am oral care.

11:15 am Andy visited Maureen and she felt asleep in the recliner chair.

12:00 pm rest period one. Diaper changed medium wet and bowel movement large formed and soft. Positioned to the right side.

1:00 pm rest period time ends. Diaper changed light wet.

1:15 pm moved to the kitchen. Gave smoothie and cup of coconut water.

2:20 pm moved Maureen to living room.

3:20 pm Roberta visits Maureen.

5:20 pm Maureen headed to the bedroom for diaper change. Heavy diaper. Rest period and positioned on the left side.

5:45 pm second rest ends and Maureen is headed to the kitchen.

5:50 pm dinner fajita cassorole. Maureen likes the chicken but is very tired. She coughs three times.

Administered Olanzapine with apple sauce and Vimpat in syringe.

6:30 pm oral care. Upper body wash. Applied Vick's on her back, throat & chest area.

7 :00 pm put Maureen to bed. Diaper change medium wet. Position on the right side and supported with green wedges.

7:15 pm T: 97.1

7:30 pm Maureen is a sleep.

Note: she had a hart time swallowing her medication.
