Sunday 11/13/2022 Seizure activity

8:23pm Between shifts, I heard Maureen starting to breathe heavy, on the monitor.

I went to the room to find her with wide eyes and not responsive, I tried for a couple minutes to see if she’d calm down with me rubbing her back and talking to her … no good.


8:26pm I administered .25ml of LORAZEPAM, below her tongue, followed by a swab of water to help get her to swallow.


Almost immediately, she closed her eyes and is resting comfortably, no heavy breathing, very calm.
