Sunday, 10/09, Daytime Update.

8:20 -Gave Maureen complete bed bath using warm wipes in a purple bag. Diaper was medium wet. Applied Cavilon barrier film.

8:45 -Morning exercises/stretches.

9:00 -Moved Maureen to the kitchen.

9:10 -Administered Levothyroxine. Followed with breakfast. Breakfast: omelette & banana. 6oz. prune juice w/ 1/2 cap Miralax.

9:50 -Performed complete oral care.

12:00P -Gave a full glass of smoothie

12:40 -Rest period 1. Diaper was medium wet.

1:40 -Rest period 2. Repositioned Maureen.

2:40 -Rest period 2 ended. Changed diaper, it was large wet. Moved her to the living room recliner.

4:00 -Fruit bowl.

5:46 -Changed Maureen. Diaper was large wet. No BM since AM.

6:15 -Dinner . Pasta, chicken with broccoli.

6:50 -Administer meds. Oral Care.

7:10 -Get Maureen ready for bed.

7:30 -Maureen is on bed.
