8:00AM - Maureen's still sleeping in and out. Positioned on her left side. According to Tom, Maureen's awake since 5:00 am.
8:15AM - Maureen went back to sleep. Pulse 64, O2 92%.
8:40AM - Maureen's still sleeping.
9:10AM - Maureen's ready for the day. Diaper was heavy wet. Me and Kerry washed Maureen's upper body with warmed purple wipes, used 3M products. Light redness on breast folds, belly button and on the abdominal fold directly above pubic area, applied light coat of Nystatin. No redness noticed on diaper and sacrum area. Then, we headed to the kitchen for breakfast after.
9:35AM - Kerry administered 1/2 tab Levothyroxine with applesauce. Omelette for breakfast, half banana, 8oz prune juice with 1/2 cap of Miralax, and a cup of lemon water. 2 coughs.
Daily Miralax dose - 1/2 cap Miralax with 8oz prune juice.
10:05AM - Administered the rest of meds - Lisinopril and Loratadine, 20ml Guaifenesin.
10:15AM - Oral care.
10:35AM - Reclined geri chair one notch for Maureen's comfort. Facial and hand care. Maureen snoozing at this time, too.
11:00AM - Headed Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st Rest Break. Diaper is dry. Positioned Maureen on her right side starting at 11:15AM.
12:15PM - Rest Break #1 ended. Diaper medium wet. Cleaned and changed with Aloe Vesta, applied Cavilon cream. Then, headed to the kitchen for lunch.
12:30PM - Lunch - chicken salad and potato salad, 12 oz of coconut water, a cup of lemon water. Maureen coughed once. She's enjoying her lunch and being chatty today.
1:05PM - Oral care.
1:20PM - Nebulizer treatment with Saline Sol'n.
1:35PM - Deacon Andy arrived for Sunday service.
1:55PM - Maureen enjoyed her half a cup of fruit smoothie. No coughs.
2:15PM - Headed Maureen to the front room, will wait for Sister Roberta to arrive.
2:30PM - Maureen sitting now on the recliner chair watching TV.
3:00PM - Administered 20ml Guaifenesin.
3:15PM - Sister Roberta arrived. Maureen's sleeping while Sister Roberta is massaging her.
5:20PM - Maya prepared a plate of tuna casserole for dinner along with a cup of water. Maureen ate well even though her eyes were closed, most of the time. 12.5ml VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE were administered with parfait.
6:15PM - Complete oral care was performed and then transferred to bedroom for clean and change for bed.
6:30PM - Change of a heavy wet diaper, application of NYASTATIN to waistline area and bellybutton due to redness. Maureen was coughing a few times and the suction machine was needed to remove some phlegm and saliva. CAVILON products were used as usual to clean and protect her skin. Lying on her left side, with two wedges and pillow between her legs … sleeping by 6:45
