5:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the living room and watching the show.

5:15 pm: dinner: hot dog and potato salad.

5:45 pm: BP: 115/72, P: 70

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with apple souce.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was medium wet.

We cleaned and changed her.

We noticed severe redness around the anus, we applied Cavilon Lotion.

We applied Cetaphil Lotion on her legs, feet and hands.

We applied Nystatin on the red line under the abdomen.

Temp.: 96.8

Oxygen: 98

Heart Rate: 69

7:00 asleep.

10:00 pm: medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed. Repositioned right side.

12:00 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned left side.

2:45 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

4:35 am: very light diaper. Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
