4:00 pm: Maureen is resting in the reclainer and favorite shows.

Diaper is dry.

5:00 pm: veggie lasagne , one cup of lemon water.

Maureen coughed two times during the dinner.

5:45 pm: Administered 12.5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce.

6:10 pm: Evening oral care.

6:25 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was very wet.

Cleaned and changed.

Applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil lotion to face, hands, legs and feet.

Positioned Maureen on her left side.
