8:00 am: Maureen's sleeping on her left side.

9:30 am: Maureen opened her eyes, calm and relaxed.

We placed her on her back and in an upright position administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

O: 96

P: 58

BP: 105/65

9:40 am: Nebulizer treatment with saline.

9:45 am: Me and Merianne washed Maureen's upper body with warm purple wipes.

Light wet diaper.

NO discharge.

We cleaned and changed her.

Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs.

Applied Nystatin on the left under arm and lower abdomen.

We finished dressing and moved to the kitchen.

10:00 am: 10 oz of water.

Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

10:15 am: Breakfast : waffle with butter and blueberries jelly, some banana.

Maureen coughed three times.

8 oz of apple juice.

10:40 am: Oral care. Eye care.

Facial and hand care routine after.

10:50 am: went outside for walk.

11:40 am: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for the first rest break.

Dry diaper.

Position to face the right side.

12:35 pm: first rest break ended.

Dry diaper.

We got Maureen dressed and proceed to the living room.

12:50 pm: Lunch: Spinach soup, chicken salad and tomato.

10 oz of coconut water.

Maureen was coughing two times and three times sneezing during the lunch.

1:45 pm: Oral care.

2:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her second rest break.

Dry diaper.

Position to face the right side.

3:30 pm: second rest break ended.

Very wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

We dressed her and transferred to the living room.

3:45 pm:

Fruit snack: apple and melon.


Total liquid intake : 28 oz
