9:30pm Maureen is sound asleep. She is lying on her left side.
10:00pm Maureen's diaper is dry. Her diaper is saturated with a small amount of bright red blood and spots of dark red blood. No clots noted. Blood noted on the vagina. During the cleaning process, Maureen would wince and bend her legs at the knee. Repositioned Maureen to her right side. Maureen was asleep throughout the whole process.
Vitals: Temperature 96.9, Pulse 58, O2 97%.
12:00am Diaper is dry. Medium amount of bright red discharge. Cleaned and changed. Repositioned Maureen to her left side.
2:00am Diaper is medium wet. Medium amount of bright red discharge. Cleaned and changed. Repositioned Maureen to her right side.
4:00am Diaper is dry. Small amount of bright red discharge. Cleaned and changed. Repositioned Maureen to her left side.
