5:00 pm: Maureen is resting in the reclainer and watching her favorite shows.

Diaper is dry.

5:00 pm: Beef and Peppers, 1 cup of water with lemon.

Maureen coughed ones during the dinner.

5:45 pm: Administered 12.5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with apple souce.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet.

Blood - more then yesterday.

Cleaned and changed.

Applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil lotion to face, hands, legs and feet.

Positioned Maureen on her left side.

7:00 pm: Maureen is asleep.

9:30 pm: medium wet diaper + BLOOD

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned right side.

Maureen slept good all night.
