September 14 daytime update

• 6:30am Maureen’s just opening her eyes, accepting sips of water via swab few minutes later then went back to sleep.

• 7:00am Maureen’s asleep.

• 7:30am Maureen’s In and out of sleep.

• 8:10am Maureen’s been awake f a while, we raised the bed head and administered 75mcg Levothyroxine pill with apple sauce.

• 8:30am Our morning begins. Maureen's diaper is medium wet - Dalia and I performed a clean and change and applied Cavilon barrier film and barrier cream to the appropriate areas. We dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 8:54am Breakfast/smoothie. 6 oz prune juice, cup of water. Spoonfuls of greek yogurt.

• Daily Miralax dosage - 1/4 cap.

• 9:08am Administered 10mg Loratidine with applesauce.

• 9:16am We reclined Maureen's geri chair down one notch for her comfort.

• 9:20am Oral care.

• 9:27am Eye wash and eye drops.

• 9:30am Morning facial routine.

• 9:45am Vitals: BP 116/82, pulse 70, O2 99%.

• 10:00am Maureen had high levels of energy this morning - she was smiling, making eye contact, awake. Breakfast went well. Fluid intake is great. She is now slowly losing energy and going in and out of sleep.

• 11:00am We headed to the bedroom for rest break #1. Maureen's diaper is medium wet - we performed a clean and change. Maureen will rest for one hour on her right side starting at 11:15am.

• 12:15pm Rest break #1 ends. Maureen's diaper is dry. We headed to the kitchen.

• 12:28pm Lunch - beef chunk soup, sliced tomato, grilled chicken, sparkling water. Yogurt for dessert.

• 1:12pm Oral care.

• 1:20pm We reclined Maureen's geri chair down one notch.

• 2:15pm We headed to the bedroom for rest break #2. Maureen's diaper is heavy wet - Dalia and I performed a clean and change. Maureen will lie on her left side for one hour starting at 2:30pm.

• 3:10pm Dr. Parise is here to trim Maureen's toenails.

• 3:30pm Rest break #2 ends. Maureen's diaper is medium wet - We performed a clean and change and headed to the front room.

• 3:44pm Fruit snack.
