5:00 pm: Maureen is resting in the reclainer and watching TV.

Diaper is dry.

5:00 pm: Salmon, Brussels Sprouts, rice pudding, 1 cup of water with kiwi.

Maureen coughed two times during the dinner.

5:45 pm: Administered

• 12.5 ml of Vimpat

• 5 mg of Olanzapine

• 1 senna

  with apple souce.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was very wet. Medium formed BM.

Cleaned and changed.

Applied Cavilon cream.

Applied Nystatin.

We applied Cetaphil lotion to face, hands, legs and feet.

Positioned Maureen on her left side.

9:30 pm: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

12:15 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned left side.

3:00 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

4:35 am: medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
