7:37AM - Maureen just began to wake up. Djon went to check on her. As he was checking her impair and resetting the blanket, Maureen closed her eyes and went back to sleep.
Maureen began her day @ 8:25AM. She is alert and engaged. Nasal congestion is more obvious this morning. The diaper was light wet. Click/tap here to view a detailed overview of the process Djon and I use to get Maureen ready for the day.
During the clean & change process, Djon and I examined the pressure ulcer on the lower part of Maureen's sacrum. Djon opined that the wound is completely healed at this point. It looks almost completely back to normal. See the attached image.

8:48AM - Djon administered a dose of Flonase into each of Maureen's nostrils.
Breakfast service began @ 8:49AM. Posture in the geri chair is almost perfect. We used the two green wedge pillows and the red couch pillow to set Maureen up perfectly. Click/tap here for detailed overview of the entire breakfast service process Djon and I use each day.
