4:00 pm : Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer. Barbara visited her 😊

5:00 pm: dinner: chicken teriyaki with rice and broccoli, whoole cup of water with lemon

No cough.

5:40 pm : BP: 120/78, P: 72

5:55 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed her. We applied Cavilon cream.

6:15 pm : We were going to go back to the kitchen and serve Maureen's medicine at the table. Unfortunately Maureen was very tired, closed her eyes and almost fell asleep. Tom and I decided to administer the medication in bed.

6:20 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with apple souce.

6:30 pm: Evening oral care.

We cleaned her face and hands.

We applied Cetaphil Lotion on her legs and feet.

Temp.: 96,9

Oxygen: 98

Heart Rate: 74

7:00 asleep.
