6:10 pm : transferred to Geri chair using the Hoyer lift,


6:20 pm : dinner: beef, pepper, rice, salad, a full cup of water


7:05 pm:

5mg OLANZAPINE with chocolate pudding,

7.5ml of VIMPAT,

oral care, cleanup with warm washcloth,

Cetaphil applied to face, arms and hands

changed t-shirt


7:50 pm :

transferred to the bed using the Hoyer lift,

Very wet pull-ups, cleaned Maureen with the CAVILON spray,

Applied:

  • CAVILON cream to the red areas,

  • MUPIROCIN

  • Vick’s on throat and chest

  • NYSTATIN under left breast

  • CICLOPIROX to both big toes

Asleep by 8.20 pm, reposition left side with two wedge pillows


11:00 pm : a very wet diaper, cleaned and changed, repositioned: right side with two wedge pillows


2:30 am : dry, repositioned: left side with two wedge pillows


4:20 am : a medium wet diaper, cleaned and changed, repositioned: right side with two wedge pillows


Maureen slept good all night.
