5:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the recliner and watching her favorite shows.

6:20 pm : We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet.

We cleaned, changed and applied Cavilon Lotion.

We put Nystatin on the red area around Maureen's navel.

6:30 dinner: salmon with veggie.

Maureen did not cough during the dinner.

7:00 pm: 10 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with applesouce.

7:10 pm: Oral care.

Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta Applied Cetaphil Lotion and Vick’s.

7:40 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97.3

Oxygen: 95

Heart Rate: 78

8:00 pm: asleep.

9:45 pm: very wet diaper. Cleaned, changed and applied Cavilon Lotion.

Repositioned right side.

12:15 am: dry diaper. Repositioned left side.

2:30 am: dry diaper. Repositioned right side.

4:30 am: medium wet diaper. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositoned left side.


Maureen slept good all night.
