5:00 pm : Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching TV.

5:10 pm: dinner: corn bread enchillada with chicken, whoole cup of water.

She was coughing three times during the dinner.

5:50 pm : BP: 128/86, P: 82

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with apple souce.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was dry.

We cleaned and changed her.

We applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil Lotion on her legs, feet and hands.

Oxygen: 97

Heart Rate: 73

7:00 asleep.

9:30 pm: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

11:00 pm: very wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

2:15 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

4:30 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
