4:00 pm: Maureen was sitting in the recliner and watching TV.

She ate a bowl of diced watermelon.

6:10 pm : We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet, small formed bowel movement.

We cleaned, changed and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:20 dinner: salmon with carrots, potatos and zuccini

Maureen was coughing only ones during the dinner.

7:00 pm: 10 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with applesouce.

7:10 pm: Oral care.

Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta Applied Cetaphil Lotion and Vick’s.

7:35 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97.3

Oxygen: 97

Heart Rate: 82

8:00 pm: asleep.

9:15 pm: very wet diaper, medium formed bowel movement. Cleaned, changed and applied Cavilon Lotion.

Repositioned right side.

11:30 pm: a littlie wet diaper. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon Lotion.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen was coughing few times.

She treid do bowel movement. 2:20 am: dry diaper

Repositioned right side.

4:30 am: medium vet diaper. Cleaned, changed and applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good.
