4:00 pm : Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching TV.

5:00 pm: dinner: corn bread enchillada with chicken prepared by Carolyn. Maureen was enjoying.

No cough during the dinner.

5:50 pm : BP: 124/80, P: 80

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with apple souce.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was very wet.

We cleaned and changed her.

We applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil Lotion on her legs, feet and hands.

Temp.: 96,6

Oxygen: 97

Heart Rate: 65

7:00 asleep.

9:30 pm: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

12:00 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned left side.

2:45 am: a light wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed. Repositioned right side.

4:35 am: medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed. Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
