10:15pm, heavy wet, cleaned changed, reposition right

I observed while changing a raised sore on her behind. I called Tom and he took pictures. Bump was hard to the touch.

12:45am, dry, reposition left

3:00am, light wet, cleaned, changed, reposition right. As of 3:00am changing bump was flat

5:30am, light wet, cleaned, changed, reposition left

Slept good all night, no poop, no blood, coughed one deep cough, no sneezing, applied a+d ointment on the sore, little twitching.
