Saturday, September 2, 2023 Swing Shift Summary

4:00 PM. Maureen was sitting comfortably on her recliner watching TV.

4:50 PM. BP was manually taken 115/80 W, Pulse rate is 68 bpm

5:00 PM. Dinner was teriyaki chicken and broccoli bowl and a whole cup lemon water Maureen finished and enjoyed. **coughed 2x

6:00 PM. Administered 5mg of Olanzapine and 12.5ml of Vimpat with apple sauce.

6:15 PM. Oral and denture care done.

6:30 PM. Transferred Maureen back to bedroom. Her diaper was heavy wet. Cleaned, dried and changed. No redness noticed. Applied Cavilon cream on her perineal area and Cetaphil lotion on her upper and lower extremities. Positioned her to be facing her left side with 2 wedge pillows. Put a pillow in between her legs as well to avoid any pressure injury.
