Saturday, Sept. 2, 2023 - Daytime Summary

7:30AM - According to Marie, she arrived at this time and Maureen was already awake - positioned on her left side.

8:15AM - Administered 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:25AM - Maureen closing her eyes, looking sleepy. We will give her more time.

8:45AM - Maureen ready to start her day. Me and Marie performed bed bath, washed upper body with warmed purple wipes and Aloe Vesta. No redness on skin observed. Diaper was dry, we cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacral area and Cavilon cream on diaper folds. Finished dressing and transferred Maureen to the kitchen.

9:15AM - BP: 120/80, 51

9:20AM - Breakfast - oatmeal/fruit smoothie, 6oz prune juice with 1/4 cap MiraLAX, and yogurt. No coughs.

MiraLAX daily dose: 1/4 cap

9:40AM - Administered 10mg Loratadine with apple sauce.

9:50AM - Oral care.

9:55AM - Reclined geri chair for Maureen's comfort. Facial and hand care.

10:05AM - Saline Neb treatment.

10:25 - Prepared Maureen so we can go for a walk outside also sprayed Sunscreen to protect her skin from UV.

11:05AM - Came back from outside walk after a good 40mins. Maureen enjoyed it as usual and was awake the whole time. Also, drank a cup of water after.

11:20AM - Transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet. Cleaned and changed. Positioned on her right side at 11:30am.

12:25PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet. Proceed to washing Maureen's hair. Transferred to the kitchen to dry and style her hair.

1:00PM - Lunch is tuna salad, steamed carrots, vegetable soup, and yogurt. Maureen finished her 12 oz of sparkling water. Coughed once.

1:25PM - Oral care. Reclined geri chair one notch after.

1:40PM - Maureen awake while sitting on her chair. Said a couple of words and humming along with Lionel Richie's song/s.

2:05PM - BP: 110/80, 70

2:15PM - Transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet. Cleaned and changed thoroughly. Positioned Maureen facing to her left at 2:25PM.

3:25PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed Maureen. Transferred her to the front room.

3:40PM - Fruit snack (pear and melon) while watching her fave game show.
