Saturday, Oct. 7, 2023 - Swing Shift Update

4:00PM - Maureen loved her fruit snack as always. Awake and comfortably sitting on her recliner watching her favorite game show/s. No coughs.

4:45PM - BP: 100/70, 82

5:25PM - Maureen had chicken pot pie for dinner and finished 3/4 cup of lemon water. Coughed 4x.

**Maureen has been responsive and saying words this afternoon - more than the usual.

6:15PM - Administered 10mg Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml Vimpat.

6:25PM - Oral care.

6:35PM - Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon cream. Applied Cetaphil lotion on both arms and legs. Positioned to face her left side with 2 wedges on the back and pillow in between legs.

7:00PM - Maureen is sleeping.
