Saturday, Oct. 5, 2024 - Swing Shift

4:00PM - Maureen coughed one time. Enjoyed her snack while sitting on her recliner watching game show/s. She finished half cup of the lemon water.

4:45PM - Diaper was dry.

5:05PM - Dinner - chicken & dumplings with veggies in a white sauce. She had a cup of lemon water. Coughed 3x and sneezed 3x.

6:00PM - Administered 5mg of Olanzapine and 12.5ml Vimpat with apple sauce.

6:15PM - Oral care.

6:30PM - Me and Joanna moved Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet, no bloody discharges. We cleaned/dried and changed her. Applied Cavilon cream on folds. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. We position Maureen to face her left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on the back.

6:45PM - Maureen is sleeping.
