4 - 5:00PM - Maureen watching comfortably on her recliner watching her fave game show.

5:20PM - Transferred Maureen from the recliner to the geri chair for dinner.

5:30PM - Dinner - Halibut with veggies (zucchini, tomatoes, olives) and cheese prepared by Carolyn. Maureen enjoyed dinner very much. Dessert is cranberry jello. Coughed twice.

6:20PM - Administered 5mg Olanzapine with vanilla yogurt and 12.5ml Vimpat.

6:40PM - Oral care.

6:55PM - Transferred Maureen from geri chair to bed. Diaper was medium wet, clear discharges from vaginal area noted. Washed with warm water, dried and applied Monistat on outer labia. Applied Cavilon cream on diaper area. Also, washed upper body with warmed purple wipes. No redness on body observed. Applied Cetaphil lotion, Vicks on chest and throat, as well as applied lotion on both feet.

Positioned Maureen on her left side. 2 wedges on the back and a pillow in between legs.

7:15PM - Maureen asleep.
