5:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the living room and watching Her game show.

5:15 pm: dinner: Hotdog with veggie

She coughed two times during the dinner.

5:45 pm: BP: 100/58 P: 67

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with applesouce.

6:10 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was medium wet.

Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon cream.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion on her face, legs, feet and hands.

Temp.: 97,5

Oxygen: 94

Heart Rate: 64

7:00 pm: asleep.

9:45 pm: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

12:00 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned left side.

2:30 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

4:40 am: light wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
