5:00 pm: Maureen is relaxing in the reclainer and watching TV.

5:00 pm: dry diaper.

5:10 pm: dinner: Beef with potatos and carrots and 3/4 cup of lemon water.

Maureen coughed two times during the dinner and a lot of after dinner. We used section machine.

5:50 pm : 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with apple souce.

6:10 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

Very wet diaper.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion on her face, legs, feet and hands.

Temp.: 96.8

Oxygen: 95

Heart Rate: 67

7:00 pm: asleep.

9:45 pm: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

12:00 am: light wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

2:45 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

4:45 am: light wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
