Saturday, June 22, 2024 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen is already awake, lying comfortably on her left side. Tom informed that Maureen woke up around 7:30am.

8:35AM - In an upright position, administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:50AM - Me and Tom started giving Maureen a full body wash using warm water with Cetaphil cleanser. No redness/rashes on skin observed. Diaper was clean and dry. Finished dressing then, transferred Maureen to the kitchen.

**We decided not to wash Maureen's hair today since she had her hair colored and washed last Weds - 06/19.

9:15AM - Breakfast started with 8oz of prune juice and 1 cap of MiraLAX, oatmeal/fruit smoothie and 2 spoonfuls of yogurt. Maureen also had half a cup of lemon water. She coughed 2x and was able to take out phlegm with the help of suction machine.

MiraLAX daily dose - 1 cap

9:40AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with smoothie.

9:50AM - Oral care.

9:55AM - Nebulizer treatment - Saline soln and Albuterol.

10:20AM - We are finishing the movie we started last Saturday - The Father of the Bride. Maureen looking relaxed while sitting on the recliner (reclined one notch).

11:00AM - Maureen had a 15min nap. Had half a cup of lemon water.

11:45AM - Me and Marie moved Maureen to bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was heavy wet. We washed her with Aloe Vesta. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on folds. We changed her and position to face her right side.

12:50PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We dressed Maureen and transferred her to the kitchen.

1:00PM - Lunch was tuna salad, tomato and beets, and chicken-veggie soup. Maureen had a cup of sparkling water and 2 spoonfuls of yogurt. Coughed 2x.

**We reclined geri chair one notch prior to eating lunch for Maureen's comfort.

BP: 110/65, P: 73 bpm

1:40PM - Oral care.

2:35PM - We moved Maureen to her bedroom for the 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned/dried and changed her. Position to face her left side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was dry. We finished dressing Maureen then, transferred to the front room.

3:45PM - Maureen had half a cup of lemon water before fruit snack (pear, kiwi and melon).
