8:00AM - Maureen is already awake, comfortably lying on her left side. Tom informed she woke up around 7:00am.
8:30AM - In an upright position, administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.
8:50AM - Me and Marie started to wash Maureen's upper body with warm water and Cetaphil cleanser. No redness/rashes on skin observed. Diaper was dry and clean. We finished dressing Maureen then, proceed with washing her hair using the medicated shampoo (Ketoconazole).
Transferred to the kitchen to dry and style Maureen's hair.
9:30AM - Breakfast was oatmeal/fruit smoothie, chocolate chip cookies, and 2 spoonfuls of yogurt. Maureen had half a cup of lemon water as well. Coughed 2x, sneezed once.
No MiraLAX today.
9:50AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with smoothie.
10:10AM - Oral care.
10:15AM - Facial and hand care routine.
10:30AM - Maureen sitting comfortably on her chair, watching a Disney movie - Father of the Bride.
Maureen stayed awake the whole time. Coughed once and sneezed once. She was able to cough up the phlegm.
11:40AM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st resr break. Diaper was medium wet. We cleaned Maureen with warmed purple wipes and Aloe Vesta. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on folds. Position to face her right side.
12:50PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was dry, we proceed to dressed Maureen then, transfer to the kitchen.
1:00PM - BP: 110/63, P: 70bpm
Lunch was shrimp salad, beets and sweet pea soup. She had rice pudding for dessert. Coughed once and sneezed 2x.
1:45PM - Oral care. **Reclined geri chair one notch after for Maureen's comfort.
2:15PM - Nebulizer treatment - Saline soln and albuterol.
2:35PM - Transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned/dried and changed her. Position to face her left side.
3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was dry. We dressed Maureen then, moved to the front room.
3:45PM - Fruit snack time (kiwi, pear and melon).
