Saturday June 11,2026 Daytime Update

6:00 -Tom’s Morning update, Maureen coughed, He  cleared phlegm from throat and she had a couple swabs of water.

8:00 - Tom repositioned Maureen to her right side, she stayed resting during the move.

Vitals are ...

Temperature is 97.7°

Pulse is 76 BPM

Oxygen is 94%


9:30AM- Maureen’s on her right side still sleeping.

9:40: Maureen is awake Coughed3x and suction3x,lots of phlegm . showing some pains (forehead crinkled) giving her sips of water .

10:00AM- We place Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine and Tylenol 500mg Tab all with apple sauce.

Maureen finished 5oz of cold thickened water.

10:10AM- check BP - 119/90

10:15AM- Morning care, we gave Maureen a full body bed bath using a warm water with Cetaphil cleanser. Diaper was dry but has large VD brownish odorless, We Cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Prevent silicone cream on posterior and inner thighs. We washed and dry Maureen’s left breast using ( skintegrity and gauze sponges). We check her right foot very light red, applied  Triamcinolone cream 0.1%. We dressed her and moved to the front room.

10:50AM- Giving her neb treatment with Albuterol.

11:00AM- Breakfast - scrambled egg with tomatoes, onions and cheese with banana finished 4oz thickened prune juice.

Maureen ate well.

Administered 10mg Cetirizine and 20ml cough syrup (Geri-Tussin)all with apple sauce. Coughed4x  with sneezing a suction4x due to phlegm.


11:50AM- Oral care, Facial and hand care routine

12:25PM- Maureen close her eyes for a nap.


1:20PM-  she had a small bowl of honeydew melon cut small.

Maureen took 5oz of thickened root beer. Giving her 2nd 20ml cough syrup (Geri-Tussin)with apple sauce. Cough2x suction2x

2:20PM- We transferred her to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was dry and has medium soft BM , We cleaned and changed. We still inserted the suppository bcoz she still has more to go. We position her to face the right side.


3:30PM-  Rest break ended already. Diaper was dry .We dressed her and moved to the front room.


3:50PM- Maureen had 5oz  of thickened sparkling water and  banana bread for a snack.


4:30PM- check diaper, still dry

4:50PM - Dinner - orange chicken . Maureen finished her food and enjoyed eating. She finished 6oz of thickened sparkling water. Cough4x with phlegm, sneezed a lot suction4x.


5:40- Administered 5mg of Olanzapine 12.5ml Vimpat and cough syrup 40ml (Gerri-Tussin) all with apple sauce.


5:55PM- Oral care.

6:10PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was dry, small VD brownish odorless. We cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon cream on posterior and inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. washed and dry Maureen’s left breast using ( skintegrity and gauze sponges) Position to face the left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on the back.


6:25PM - Maureen's sleeping.


T - 97.7

P - 94

O2 - 97%

Liquid intake - 24oz


Note: Roberta came today around 3pm but Tom forgot her schedule today so he cancelled her .

She’ll be back Monday around 2:45pm.

Saturday, July 25, 2026 - Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's awake and lying on her R side. Observed moaning and kicking her legs when I arrived however, easily drifts back to sleep when she stops moving and/or feels comfortable. 9:55AM - Cu

 
 
 
Wednesday July 22,2026 Daytime Update.

Tom’s Update 7:00 vitals are … Temperature is 97.7° Pulse is 78 BPM Oxygen level is 94% Sleeping soundly 9:30AM- Maureen is on her left side still sleeping comfortably. 10:50AM- Maureen is on her left
