Saturday, January 20 Daytime update

• 8:00 am- Maureen is asleep. Tom said that she woke up around 5:30 , was in and out of sleep until 7:20, then fell back asleep.

• 8:30 am- Maureen is in and out of sleep.

• 8:45 am- Maureen is awake now. We raised the bed and administered 75 mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 8:50 am- We started the day with giving Maureen a full body bed bath using the warmed wipes from the purple package and Aloe Vesta. No redness was observed. Diaper was medium wet. Marie and I cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon Barrier film and Cavilon cream. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 9:10 am- Administered 50 mg of Senna Plus with apple sauce.

• 9:15 am- Breakfast- 8 oz of prune juice, oatmeal smoothie, a couple of spoons of yogurt, cup of water. Maureen coughed twice. She was able to bring up some phlegm and we helped her with the suction machine.

• 9:45 am- Morning oral care. We reclined Maureen's chair down for her comfort.

• 10:00 am- Facial routine.

• 10:30 am- We transferred Maureen to

• 10:45 am- Maureen is enjoying Carolyn's company.

• 11:15 am- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her first rest break. Diaper was dry. Positioned her on the right side at 11:25 am.

• 12:25 pm- First rest break ends. Maureen's diaper was medium wet. Marie and I cleaned and changed her. Dressed and proceeded with washing her hair. Headed to the kitchen after.

• 12:40 pm- Drying and styling Maureen's hair.

• 12:45 pm- Lunch- lentils soup, ham salad, guacamole, couple of spoons of yogurt, 12 oz cup of sparkling water. Maureen coughed twice during lunch.

• 1:55 pm- Oral care. We reclined Maureen's chair down.

• 2:30 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her second rest break. Diaper was medium wet. Marie and I cleaned and changed her. Maureen will lie on her left side for an hour starting at 2:45 pm.

• 3:45 pm- Maureen's second rest break ends. Her diaper was dry. We dressed her and headed to the living room.

• 4:00 pm- Maureen is enjoying her fresh fruit- watermelon, kiwi and pear, while watching the Lion King. She coughed once.

• 5:00 pm- Dinner- meatloaf, mushed potatoes, steamed carrots, red cabbage, cup of water. Maureen really enjoyed it! She coughed twice.

• 5:45 pm- BP- 120/75.

• 5:55 pm- Administered 12.5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:15 pm- Evening oral care.

• 6:30 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Her diaper was medium wet. Tom and I cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon cream. Applied Cetaphil cream on Maureen's face, hands, arms and legs. Positioned her on the left side.
