Saturday, February 3 Daytime update

• 8:00 am- Maureen is asleep. Tom said that she woke up around 6 am and was in and out since. He was giving her some water via swab when she was awake.

• 8:20 am- Maureen is waking up.

• 8:35 am- Maureen is fully awake. We raised the bed and administered 75 mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 8:40 am- We started the day with giving Maureen a full body bed bath. There was a slight redness on her right underarm. Applied a tiny layer of nystatin. Maureen's diaper was heavy wet. Marie and I cleaned and changed it. Applied Cavilon Barrier film and Cavilon cream. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 9:00 am- Administered 50 mg of crushed Senna plus with apple sauce and a cup of water.

• 9:05 am- Breakfast- 8 oz of prune juice, oatmeal smoothie with two prunes added , couple of spoons of yogurt. Maureen coughed three times, we used the suction machine to help her. We reclined the chair down because Maureen's head was down.

• 9:35 am- Administered 10 mg of Loratadin with yogurt.

• 9:40 am- Morning oral care.

• 9:45 am- Facial routine.

• 10:30 am- Maureen took a 20 minutes nap in the chair.

• 11:15 am- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her first rest break. Diaper was medium wet. Marie and I cleaned and changed her. Positioned Maureen on her right side at 11:30 am.

• 12:30 pm- Maureen's rest break ends. Her diaper was medium wet. Marie and I cleaned and changed her. Dressed and proceeded with washing Maureen's hair. Headed to the kitchen after.

• 12:50 pm- Drying and styling Maureen's hair.

• 12 :55 pm- Lunch- chicken noodle soup, ham salad, beets, couple of spoons of yogurt, 12 oz of sparkling water. Maureen coughed twice.

• 1:40 pm- Oral care.

• 2:15 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her second rest break. Diaper was medium wet. Marie and I cleaned and changed her. She will lie on her left side for an hour starting at 2:30 pm.

• 3:30 pm- Maureen's second rest break is over. Diaper was dry. We dressed her and headed to the living room.

• 3:45 pm- Fresh fruit snack- watermelon, pear and kiwi.
