MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!


4:00, Maureen was sitting in her recliner, relaxing after enjoying a late brunch created by chef Carolyn, listening to some Christmas music and chatting with on occasion.


5:30, Carolyn cut up a fresh fruit plate for Maureen to have for dinner, she thoroughly enjoyed every last bit.

6:30, we administered 5mg OLANZAPINE with yogurt and 7.5ml VIMPAT, oral care, cleanup, NYSTATIN applied below left breast, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt and went to the bedroom.


7:00, we transferred Maureen to the bed using the Hoyer lift, applied TOLCELYN to both big toes,changed her medium wet diaper, cleaned well and applied CAVILON lotion to red areas for protection from urine. After we got her all buttoned up, she was laying on her left side with both wedge pillows and small white pillow between her legs. Asleep by 7:30

Wednesday April 22,2026 Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, already awake. No signs of pain or any distress. Tom’s giving her sips of water via swabs. 9:35AM- We placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg
