• Dalia my 4:00pm Maureen’s resting comfortably in her recliner watching tv.

• 5:20pm Dinner: Chicken pot pie and 1/2 cup of lemon water. Maureen had a cough-sneezing episode. We used the suction pump to help clear her throat.

• 6:20pm Evening meds, 12.5ml Vimpat, 5mg Olanzapine w/apple sauce.

• 6:30pm Oral care.

• 6:40pm Headed Maureen to the bedroom. Changed and cleaned a heavy wet diaper and applied Cavilon cream, Wiped clean Maureen’s hands and face, applied Cetaphil to her face and extremities.

• 7:00pm Positioned on her Lt side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

• Vitals: Temp: 97.3, pulse: 48, O2:: 97.
